Anil Kumar Anal

Anil Kumar Anal is an assistant professor at Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand. His interests include the following topics: formulation and delivery of bioactive agents for human and veterinary applications, controlled release technologies, particulate systems, micro-nanoencapsulation technology and applications of biopolymers and lipids in functionality and delivery of complex food systems. He is demonstrating expertise by publishing book chapters, and articles in peer reviewed journals and by presenting his research at international conferences.
