Ursula Gonzales-Barron

Ursula Gonzales-Barron is a research associate at University College Dublin (UCD), Ireland. Her interests include the following topics: applications of predictive modelling for food safety and food chain integrity (e.g. stochastic risk assessment of hazards in the food chain, meta-analysis, zero-modified and count data models for microbial counts, generalized linear mixed models, predictive microbiology in risk assessment, and sampling plan performance), and food traceability.
