Agriculture: Promoting livelihoods in conflict-affected environments

Economic recovery following conflict can be an extremely difficult challenge, yet it is a critical aspect of a country’s ability to attain stability and lasting peace by rebuilding livelihoods. This workshop will explore agricultural development as an integral part of achieving political and socio-economic stabilization. Best practices in use by the various response communities will be discussed and evaluated for their applicability in a variety of international settings.
